The tablets are designed to dissolve in the mouth, thus providing instantaneous release of active substances, including vitamin C, caffeine, taurine, BCAA, creatine monohydrate, L-tyrosine, and L-carnosine.

Recommended dosage: if needed, chew 1-2 tablets. It is not advisable to take more than 2 tablets within 1 hour. Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
