[UK][TECH][5] Software developer looking for a sales-oriented cofounder to help grow a business.

Hi all! I'm a technical founder 2 months into making my own business, and now looking to collaborate and get a co-founder on-board to take my business forward. The title says UK, but I'm open to working with any of the UK / US / Canada - I plan to relocate to the US once I have enough investment, and I have the right to live & work in Canada. Problem statement Small businesses are under-invested in tech tools due to cost and scalability. Businesses are paying hundreds to thousands of pounds for point-of-sale (POS) systems, often with hardware included, when all that can be done on a phone for cheaper. Small business are under-invested in tech solutions for POS, partly because of cost. Those that do invest into solutions (EG by making an app) often pay thousands of dollars for development work and software maintenance, and their solutions still often have low uptake and are unreliable. As a consequence, customers are left without good self-service options, and businesses face huge upfront costs when setting-up shop. What we're building A mobile app for retail stores to host a customizable landing page for their business. That landing page hosts pre-built widgets for customers / staff to use on their phone to improve in-store experiences. For example: ordering, making payments, viewing store maps, getting help from staff, etc. Customers can use this one app to shop at multiple different stores. Landing pages can be opened in 1~2 seconds just when shoppers need them, and don't need to be downloaded to a user's device. Ultimately, those "landing pages" will be made from drag-and-drop components, like a wordpress website. That will make it easy for anyone to make themselves a mobile app that can be distributed without downloads. Where are we now? The android app is in production; currently building iOS app. Could charge for the android app & onboard customers today. Looking to onboard customers, and eventually get funding. The app handles: bar code scanning payments (including card payments where the customer has a credit card but not a phone) basic inventory management & menu hosting online ordering / table ordering etc. No paying customers, but some shops that we've worked with to get this far continue to help us understand problems & build features - and we're in no short supply of customers willing to test and give feedback. But we need to start onboarding businesses to find product-market fit. Currently solo founder - I'm happy to take on sales or technical cofounders, with sales being much more in need. I want other peoples' expertise and opinions to make a success of this. The role I'm technical by career background, and I'm good with business. I'm not retail by background, but I've come to understand the industry, especially with the help of advisors and partners. I've struggled most with communicating my message concisely.
