Launching platform. Right now we are hosting on Wordpress, our longer term play is to transition to fully custom software however right now we are reworking our MVP and doing some BETA testing. Due to lack of resources we have resorted to Wordpress which is fine as it will allow us to have a fully functioning POC. Next 6 weeks: - refine Wordpress site workflows (need a heavy hitter to help me with this. The rest of the team is not in on this side of operations) - engage original users and have them test our service -- this is a phased approach with different incentives along the way in order to maximize the skill sets of our user base -- we want to partner with our first set of users as much as possible tying them into the mission and offering them the opportunity to help 6-10 weeks: - launch phase two of user engagement and incentivize original users to bring an affiliate approach to the platform 10-14 weeks: crush it If you aren't fucking around and are ready to get shit done lets do it together. We have all the pieces in play and just need a team player who is willing to do what it takes. I am on my computer 12 hours a day and need someone who can hang. I know you have other obligations and that is totally cool, I would never expect that out of someone else, but if you can manage to help with this on top of whatever else you are doing this will work out well.
