[USA-CA][TECH][20] CTO of B2B Fintech SaaS platform seeking sales genius to build a sales team.

Company was founded in 2015 and launched our MVP in the casino industry in 2016. Steep learning curve over the past few years, requiring thousands of system enhancements. We are now dropping the curtain and beginning our big marketing push, taking our completed B2B SaaS platform to the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries. All sales to date have been performed by the founder (me) and I need to delegate these responsibilities to an experienced, reliable and trustworthy salesperson. The company has an outstanding board of advisors consisting of industry experts and one of the sharks from Shark Tank. We're looking for someone tech savvy, since our platform is designed to suit businesses in several industries, each with different business operational challenges (which we solve). The technology team will handle all demos and tech discussions. Solid stock option plan is in place for all team members. Equity available for the right candidate with an industry standard vesting schedule. Compensation will consist of a generous commission rate on all sales the candidate closes. The ideal candidate will have the following: Knowledge of sales processes, strategies, funnels, and supportive third-party products. Experience selling software to businesses, preferably SaaS product(s). An ability to diagram concepts and processes to share with the team if/when needed. Some experience with guerilla marketing and the ability to contribute to our marketing strategies. Brilliant communication skills in English. An ability to write and speak clearly in a non-confrontational tone. A personal drive that will keep them motivated and pushing forward if/when there is no specific direction provided by the team. Bonus: an ability to hire and train future salespeople with a similar set of skills.
