[USA][TECH][13] Looking sales as well as marketing cofounders.

Before the covid I have built a website/mobile app which helps specific niche small businesses with their reservations and other client management. Before building the app I have done a bit of market research and customer interviews. Before covid I took the website/app to few niche specific events to do post built validation, during the validation phase we had over 300 free signups (that time there was no payment system yet) and few requests for upgrade to paid version. But because of covid and all the businesses were shut down the product was put on hold, during this time I have added subscription (paid service) Now everything is reopening it is time to bring it back to life. I am looking for a co-founder preferably in the LA or Phoenix areas, who has the sales and/or marketing experience who worked with early stage startups or found one before. With whom we can work together to bring the product to market. The plan is to start from the Phoenix area and grow slowly, plan is to bring 100 paying customers in 3-5 months and grow from there.
