Hi All, I am currently working in Australia, for some time I have been working on an idea that I would see being able to be integrated throughout the world in training - think; EMT/ Rescue, Police, FireBrigade, Red Cross. etc. The business and idea is based around a training application that takes a standard "white board'' training session and placing it online, so users can remotely join and act within certain roles to see how they perform under certain circumstances should things occur. I can be a lot more specific to those who want more information via PM. I myself have vast experience in the field, able to communicate and sell the product, able to identify markets and tap into them, strong understanding of business principles and values and able to successfully recruit and maintain staff. What I require is someone that can code. The specifics of the program (?) / Java site (?) would be; - Multiple users can log into the one session and either select or be given a specific role to act in. Each role is very different and has different inputs and actions to perform. A user only sees their role and any effects that other users action. - Those users have inputs during the training session that affects other users, think ripple effect. - A scenario is 'launched' by an admin/s that can view the whole picture. - Admin of the session must be able to set the scenario and change things on the fly. - Voice over program, a user must be able to talk directly with other users, think 'police radio' but on the computer. - More etc etc For the right person or persons, a share of equity would be given plus any bonuses when KPIs are met. The business plan and model shows that the best action would be to license it throughout the world.
