About the startup: Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP): Simplify the way entrepreneurs create business connections and build businesses. I made for the clickable prototype to test the idea but this is just the LP, not the whole prototype, where the idea is explained in detail. After reviewing the link with questions and doubts about the ideas, we can openly discuss them. (By the way, I still don't have a proper name for the startup, for that reason the LP just says logo.) Text me to send you the link because actually, this page doesn't let me put URLs outside of Reddit. Problem Market Fit: Done. I found problem market fit, I did interviews and discussion forums to test if the problem that I'm trying to solve really existed, then I did an affinity sorting to analyze the information I get from customers and get insights. (Not everything was good at first, I had to learn after several mistakes talking with customers how to talk with customers correctly for that, I read the book called: "The mom test, I recommend the book by the way if you're struggling with the same problem"). Solution Market Fit: In progress. Here is where I need help because I'm don't know how to code, for that reason I'm trying to assemble a tech team to develop the product with me. Like I mentioned at the top, I create a clickable prototype to test the idea and get feedback from my target customer, I already did an affinity sorting to analyze the information and get insights, and this will be my next action steps: Find a cofounder or cofounders and improve the prototype with the news ideas I could learn with the new perspectives that those interviewers give me, how? I will add new interface designs to the prototype. Why? make it easier for my next tech cofounder or cofounders to develop the MVP and keep testing while waiting to find someone and even when the product is in the developing process. Startup management: Remotely I'm already using Notion, Figma, and Dropbox to manage it by myself for now. Market Type: Resegmenting market. Why you should join me on this project? If you're actually asking yourself this question, you're someone that I would like to meet with for sure, because a simple question like this one shows the kind of person you are, someone that doesn't like to spend time on things that don't worth your time, things that aren't viable and that's great from my perspective. If you did it, I will tell you something, join me is really for you because I managing this project with low risk-taking and making decisions to move forward base on data. Making a lot of experiments with all my hypotheses So I can certainly guarantee you that I will not make you waste your most precious time and your energy on this project because we will only move on base on what the data say. What do I'm looking for? A full-stack developer. Another option: A frontend developer and a backend developer. I guess that I miss an important tech skill that this product will need to be developed, so if you know what it is, text me. Criteria: Time available. Accountability. Leadership. Humble. Respectful. Persevering Willingness to improve and learn. Relationship: Co-founders No payment Equity sharing (from 20-40%, we can keep negotiating about it). About me: Basic information: Name, Isaac Hernández. From: Dominican Republic. Age: 19. Language: Spanish and English. Skills: Customer development + Lean Startup + (Design Thinking). UX and UI design. Workshopper. Fast learner. (My most important skill). Why those skills? Because those skills are the perfect combination to build a startup without waste of money and time and agility, help with the team collaboration, plus it will help create a culture of innovation even when we'll become a large corporation. (Note: I don't consider myself an expert in anything of what I know about, because I think that we never know enough no matter how many years of experience and work a person can have, so I don't limit myself to keep learning more). Other things I know a little bit about: Marketing. Sales. Management. Qualities: Sympathy. Grow mindset. Self-esteem. Self-confidence. Self-learner. Self-discipline. Creative thinking. Critical thinking. Self-awareness. Perseverance. Hard worker. The process to partner up: Coordinate a meeting call. End a questionnaire to know each other better. Decide if we will keep the relationship, keep in touch (what I mean with this is if any of us need help on something be there to help each other but without any kind of business relationship) or just end the connection. If you join the project, I will show you and explain the business model, the customer and market knowledge, and how I'm actually working. Integrate formally to the project and then go to work. submitted by /u/IsaacHS5 [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/onlooi/dombiz3assembling_a_tech_cofounders_team_to_work/
