[USA-TX][BIZ][3] Looking for generalist cofounder for a founder peer groups business.

Hey folks, so 1 of the businesses I run is basically a service that runs Masterminds/peer groups for early stage founders. It's like Vistage / YPO but more approachable and for the earlier founder. We've been running it for 8 months now and have paying members, but we're now looking to pivot to more of a cohort based approach that runs in 3 month periods. We're looking for a co-founder who can also serve as the "Program Director" for our first cohort. Ideally you'd help us with organizing everything, execution of the cohort, managing the facilitators and mentors, etc. By the way this would be part time but it would be compensated for the initial period and you'd get a good chunk of equity too (we are already incorporated in NYC).
