[GBR][BIZ][1] Seeking partner for E-Com marketing agency.

Seeking a partner for an Ecom marketing agency. Will start by offering Klaviyo management and then upsell other services down the line. I started an ecom marketing agency with a partner, a few months ago (offering klaviyo mgt), and signed 6 clients in our first week (on a 30% revenue share agreement). I found these clients via cold-email (i ran a cold-email lead gen agency for 1yr, doing lots of work for ecom) However my cofounder left when he realised there was going to be a fair bit of work involved in the start (he runs 2 other companies and initially thought an ecom agency wouldn't have too much work) I've given it some thought and would like to restart the agency with someone who wants to make it work. We did a few things wrong initially: - like bringing on clients who weren't using Klaviyo (which was a pain and i've learnt not to do so again) - not qualifying enough BEFORE the call (few calls with people who thought we would do email marketing to cold-lists + time-wasters + niches that would suck for email) - talking to people who didn't see the value in mailing their list - you have to sell them on mailing their list AND on you - too much work ​ I'm bringing all of that experience over to our iteration + all the skills I used to sign us 6 clients in our first week + heavy studying of copywriting to make our email strategies even more potent ​ A bit about me: I'm technical and have a very solid grasp on marketing. I have numerous courses on Klaviyo management so the fulfilment side is easy (we will both do it, 50/50).
