"Alone genius might create a classic work of art or literature, but he could never create an entire industry. Startups operate on the principle that you need to work with other people to get stuff done". -Peter Thiel. I read this recently and I realized and accept that I was doing things wrong because I was trying to do everything alone, not because I didn't want to find someone but because I couldn't find anyone yet. For that reason, I'm trying to assemble a team to work together in a startup full time. I have actually an idea I've working on but if you have another one that has more potential we can discuss further it to select the winner. (I'm completely open). (If you're actually 2 and you are open to joining someone else, I'm open to that option as well). About me: Basic information: Name: Isaac Hernández. From: Dominican Republic. Age: 19. Language: Spanish and English. Skills: Customer development + Lean Startup + (Design Thinking). UX and UI design. Workshopper. Fast learner. (My most important skill). (Note: I don't consider myself an expert in anything of what I know about, because I think that we never know enough no matter how many years of experience and work a person can have, so I don't limit myself to keep learning more). Other things I know a little bit about: Marketing. Sales. Management. Qualities: Creative thinking. Sympathy. Grow mindset. Self-esteem. Self-confidence. Self-learner. Self-discipline. Critical thinking. Self-awareness. Perseverance. Hard worker. Overall: I'm a very creative designer, passionate, discipline, and committed to everything I do. Team size: 3-4 founders. (Obviously, if you are a developer don't overthink too much to text me). If you think that you have a great skill that will be helpful for the team, text me. I intend to meet several times with you and talk to know each other and see if we are a good fit for each one of us to be partners because maybe I'm the right person to partner up with you and vice-versa, so we need to be careful to take care of each other. By the way, if you're not willing to work full time on this maybe is not a good option for you. Hopefully, this sounded interesting to you, see you soon. submitted by /u/IsaacHS5 [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/p1dkb0/dombiz3_looking_for_a_team/
