Hi Redditors, My start-up is looking to bring experienced structure into the tech team and therefore we are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering that has lead high-growth companies before. We are an extremely fast-growing startup with a global presence (rev 2019 - 500K USD / rev 2022 - 7M USD). Our company develops solutions for grocery + convenience retailers and CPGs. Our customers reach across three different continents and we currently have offices in Europe, the US, and Egypt. We are about to open offices in Mexico and the Netherlands. The company is venture-backed (raised 3M USD seed and currently raising 10M+ USD series-A), currently employs 30 staff with an expected 120 staff by end of 2022. Ideally, I am looking for Egyptians that have held managerial positions abroad (Europe, USA) that are willing to move back to Egypt with an attractive package (salary, housing, stock, etc), but we are open to any other nationalities that are willing to relocate too. More info about the stack we are using: Innate understanding of data modeling and SQL for scalability and performance, as well as a strong JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, and MVC framework knowledge Javascript, Ruby, Rails, RDBMs, HTML5, Java, Objective C, C, and C++ If interested, please send me a DM / reply below and I will share more info.
