For the past 10 months me and my brother made over $300,000 in revenue in ecommerce, across multiple stores. In our last partnership last year we’ve made over $150,000 in revenue on one store, starting from $1000, in 3 months… The other $150k we made was on our own. Last Q4 we’ve made over $80,000 in the month of October alone. Unfortunately had to close a week before black friday… All in all, our profit margins were around 25%, which is fine depending on who you ask, but it can definitely be better. We had stores that were making $1000/email sent, we have done 100% AOV increases, had stores convert at 4% & 7% on broad cold traffic from Facebook ads. Although, I think we still have a lot of room for improvement on the creative production and testing side. So, the only catch is, we will need you to fund the beginning since our money is stuck right now for at least 2 months due to investing heavily into a high inventory business that had unexpected logistics and technical issues that are to be resolved, we also had our account flagged and took longer than we would like to admit to recover it which resulted in quite a loss — if this still sounds too shady feel free to pass, or hit us up and we could go over the terms and renegotiate, we are looking for a two sided partnership. It’s going to be a 50%-50% split. Or a 33% split. Depending on experience/capital. You can PM me for proof if you’d like. We can either work on a new project, or if you have something working and you’d like to partner up and scale that we could do that too. And just to clarify, there is a somewhat barrier of entry here, if we want to crash this Q4 and are starting from nothing, initial market testing can cost up to $5,000, and we also need about the same to be able to scale up in the first month. Feel free to introduce yourself below or message me about yourself. Questions are encouraged. And just for the record, we do have a specific business model that has worked for us and would prefer to go by it. Besides all the revenues mentioned in here, we do all ad buying, copywriting, oversee logistics, etc. ourselves, which means it will only be us three working together + a few subcontractors which take an unnoticeable cut i.e. customer support rep & fulfillment agent. Experience is not required, instead you can bring capital, and learn the ins and outs of ecommerce in realtime. submitted by /u/IgorTtk [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/pat7sp/cybiz3_looking_for_a_partner_to_join_us_on_a_ride/
