Searching for a Head of Growth & Marketing Cofounder to join our team (currently a business cofounder and tech cofounder) part-time to build the brand and community of an iOS app. The core function of this position is customer acquisition and user base growth. Connexions is a life & experiences journal where users can store private memories of their experiences, such as time spent with friends, family, and others. Post photos, add captions, and (privately) assign posts to people so you can see your memories over time. It’s like Instagram but for personal use, so Connexions creates a personal space for private posts that others can't see. The app has no social interaction at the moment, but there’s ideas to incorporate it in the future. Responsibilities Growth Manager Oversee the entire customer acquisition pipeline, and plan and execute growth strategies Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as incorporating iteration to drive growth Market research and user identification analysis Creating engaging and targeted ads using Google Ads (or other preferred platforms) Social Media Owning, publishing and measuring all Instagram content Manage, grow and communicate with our brand and community. This includes replying to comments and DMs, proactively liking and commenting on posts from our community, and following relevant brands on Instagram. Email Marketing Oversee all lifecycle marketing campaigns in MailChimp Production of all email campaigns using existing email templates or creating new ones, and scheduling all emails. Other Marketing - Blog content, SEO, and copywriting would be a plus! What We’re Looking For: Solid track record of building successful marketing and customer acquisition channels Entrepreneurial drive Experience with MailChimp, Instagram social management, and ads platforms Wants to be part of a very early-stage startup 10-20 hours per month (this is a part-time role.
