[USA][BIZ][2] Looking for someone who is skilled in Adobe Illustrator with an understanding of luxury fashion.

I had just begun tje beginning stages of stating up (preliminary sketches, fabric sourcing, etc) my own high-end fashion brand right before the pandemic hit, and the business I was working with went on hiatus. I am now looking to get back into everything, but with less overhead. My huge issue is… I have absolutely 0 ability to sketch/use Adobe Illustrator which I had to work with a team who id sit down with and they’d help bring my creations to life. Well, that got very expensive, very quick. So this time around I’d love to find an individual who shares a similar vision, with the adequate Adobe/sketch skillset.
