[USA][TECH][1] Seeking Tech Cofounder For A Social Commerce Marketplace.

Hey everyone, we (2) started working on a concept for a gamified, social "Group buying" marketplace for almost 2 months. Here is the solution in short "Shopping meets friends. " A) Users can connect with other shoppers by matching shopping interest, & can score discount in groups (Of 3, 4 or more - Set by merchants), meet new shoppers, game & expand their network. Repeat over. B) Merchants can focus their advertising dollars into offering better deals with social "group shopping". Let their existing shoppers take care of delivering new shoppers, creating UGC & WOM marketing for them, brining in new & repeat business. Unlike traditional PPC, where they pay for conversions and clicks, here they don't gamble, they only pay once their shoppers deliver, a guarantee. And for shoppers, the value proposition is clear, "cheap, fun and social". Sounds basic but effective. We are also in talks to raise 15- 20K USD from relatives soon (not approved yet). I will handle the LOIs, & will have a public beta by mid Nov hopefully. Main reason for wanting a technical developer is that most investors we talked to want to see a technical developer on the team. Not a lot of technical work is needed, just on boarding and taking you over the project (so you will know the project's in and outs) and it will be lovely if you have prior experience in startups to mentor/guide us, maybe 5 to 10 hours a week is enough in return for equity. But if you want, you can involve yourself more & be a full time founder. P.s, If you are 24 or under, it would be great for us (but should not matter much). both of us are 19. We have applied to Thiel fellowship and few other accelerators too (YC, Pear). We are in UAE, but the startup will be in Delaware soon.
