[USA][BIZ][8] Business Founder Seeking CEO to facilitate sale of board game company.

Basically, I created a board game company some years ago, launched 1 game via Kickstarter. It was wildly successful for the type of game it was (just a card game), and sold about $40k in the first month. However, life happened and I was pulled away from developing/releasing any more games, which also of course led to the current game's sales slowing. I'm now looking to sell the company and all assets, which would include: 1) IP (the game itself, all files, development, assets, etc) 2) Customer list / Newsletter subscriber list 3) Kickstarter account 4) Online presences (website, Amazon listing, social media accounts, etc) 5) Inventory (a few thousand copies of the game) Why it would appeal to a buyer: Continue selling current game for profit The customer list / newsletter subscriber list would be great to market future games / other games The Kickstarter account is trusted and obviously shows success Amazon listing is highly reviewed This obviously won't be a massive sale, but I do believe there is something to be made here with the sale. So I'm looking for someone to come on board for equity, find and facilitate the sale of the company, and then of course take their cut of the sale.
