[USA][BIZ][1] Looking for full stack mobile developer for app that connects people instantly to experts.

My business is in the initial prototype stage. It will be an app that acts as a platform to connect individuals to experts instantly using video chat or texting. Experts will set their own rates and be rated by the users. The idea is to allow users to get quick, live, personalized responses to whatever question they have. The main thing I can bring to the table is funding and connections within venture capital. I'm willing to spend money to hire people if needed, but really need a partner who has better understanding of the tech side than I do. I've been involved with a similar project connecting patients to doctors in real time and I think the idea can really be expanded to other fields (and obviously, with less red-tape).
