[EU][BIZ][4] Looking for a TECH Co-Founder for a payment service application 4h-8hr per week.

Here is the goal of our company: The basic idea of BlastPay (the startups name) is quite simple: Everyone should be able to pay with everything everywhere and at any time. That with everything has a particularly large role in BlastPay. Currently, there are several problems with digital payment methods in local stores. The first problem is that many stores do not yet accept digital payment methods, which costs businesses a lot of money. The second problem is the centralization of all digital payment solutions now known in local stores. If a payment company like PayPal develops a product that allows you to pay digitally at PizzaHut, for example, PayPal is still developing that product, and PayPal logically wants all users to use PayPal, not a competitor, and will highlight PayPal as a payment method. Now, if five different companies do the exact same thing, the store owner ends up with five different devices with which to use each particular payment method. The third problem is the transaction costs that some companies charge for such methods. Not only are these transaction costs harmful to the ordinary user, they also make integrating digital payment options unprofitable for businesses. The fourth problem is the integration of new payment methods such as Bitcoin. Here, most payment service providers are hesitant because the issue is complicated and difficult to program. Blast Pay solves all four problems. We provide a low-cost, non-centralized, user-friendly and innovation-friendly solution to all these problems The first problem we solve is very simple: BlastPay wants to be a low-cost option that allows any store owner to profit quickly with any payment method, without many complications and technical knowledge. The second problem is also solved immediately with the integration of BlastPay into a business. BlastPay does not work with any payment service provider and therefore will never be centralized. All payment methods will be included in BlastPay, so each user will be able to choose their preferred payment method and pay with it in any store. The third problem is solved by BlastPay foregoing high transaction costs and preferring other sources of profit. The fourth problem will be solved by the so-called Bitcoin Lightning Network, which BlastPay will add to the network. Through this network and instant swap technologies, users will be able to pay with bitcoin in any store that has integrated the BlastPay system. However, there is one problem: what happens if the owner of the store does not want to be paid with Bitcoin? BlastPay has the perfect solution for that as well. The business owner will not be paid in Bitcoin, but in Euros, this is where instant swap technologies are used to make this transaction possible. The business owner is never paid in Bitcoin, but always in Euros, so everything is neatly in one currency ultimately ready for payout. The special working conditions: Yes you read correctly, only 4-8h a week. Why that? Because the company needs venture capital money to really start with a tangible product and I strongly believe that most venture capital firms hate it when startups come with just an idea and not a tangible plan detailing everything. Also, unlike many other posts on this Reddit, I don't expect any developer to be able to cover all areas, so multiple developers are needed. Once the startup has solid VC funding you will of course have to work more, but I'm sure you won't mind then, as that will contribute to your success and income. About you: You are an ambitious person in the EU/US, preferably in a young age, who is very good in front-end development and has some idea about blockchain and back-end development. You have other projects going on that you want to continue to pursue or are employed and want to start a side project. You are willing to work with venture capital and handle it responsibly. You are ready to take responsibility over employees at a later stage. You are willing to adapt English as a working language and describe your progress every week. About your co-founder (me): Business/Sales/Marketing - Lukas Gruber: I've been working at or in several startups, mostly tech, since I was very young. There I always worked on sales, marketing, planning and problem solving. 2 years ago I founded my first startup that I was able to sell. I also started working on another blockchain startup, but unfortunately it failed in the late stages of development. Now I've been working on planning BlastPay for 3 months, I'm a firm believer that wars are won before the battle and that's why I'm a big fan of accurate planning (with which I've managed to convince VC companies before). I believe that profitability is the most important thing in a startup in the early stages. What can we offer 25% Company Shares (share, if we sell the company), 33% founder profit (not every cent of the profit can be paid out, but a large part has to be reinvested, which you definitely have to understand when you apply. A part of the profit, however, will be paid out to the 3 founders in any case) no salary before VC funding, since BlastPay should only be a side-project for you in the beginning Please DM me here on Reddit with some kind of resume or an explanation of your abilities :) submitted by /u/lukasaly999 [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/qo6dhl/eubiz4_looking_for_a_tech_cofounder_for_a_payment/
