Note: Part time role ( a bunch of hours per day) Equity only: up to 20% (I expect early revenue by December/January for some side renumeration) Location: UK, US (East cost preferred) & Western Europe (Open to other countries if you have a friendly time zone) Desired background: Experience in customer success, operations, product management, and/or bizz dev. About: For some time I’ve been involved with customer experience (not as a full time role) but slightly touching it on a bunch of startups. A great part of customer success starts on the retention (part of the AARRR funnel, where I am super familiarized) ant the customer onboarding side. Then it goes to the engagement (for upswell, referral,cross-sell...). And after on technical assistance (Most people think is just this). As you may know, is 6 times more expensive to get a new customer than to retain and up sell to an existing one. Churn is highly repeated with customer success, and is a huge driver for company growth (The main metric been CAC/LTV), but there isn’t much specialization on the topic and best practices. That’s why I’m starting a customer success venture. The company is break down in free categories with different business models, that are going to be implemented one at a time: 1-Academy. 2-Consultancy 3-Forum 4-CX SaaS The focus: Focusing only on the retention/customer success plan (Increasing lifetime value, reducing churn and growing pipeline with existing customers) Customer Success will cover: -Increasing lifetime value -Reduce churn rate -Unlocking referral and upselling -Building world-class assistance team Why do I think this is the best approach? 1-Everyone is writing about growth, not about retention and customer success. Is a pretty blue-ocean space and easier to market. 2-There are communities for everything, saleshackers, growthhackers, product marketing assembly, productledorg...Yet there isn’t such a community or “go to palce” for customer success so being the first is an advantage. ... Therefore, is going to be a biweekly newsletter, slack community, media-place (all everything audience). Services and deep focus. -Customer onboarding: Finding and elimination friction with clients, helping with an implementation of product-led growth strategy, creating winner segmented experience. -Retention: Retention program, how to define and identify retention points for your customer base, how to slow down or flatten churn, and how to improve retention long term. -Renewal Flywheels: Renewals, Upselling, cross selling, referral programs, case studies. -Customer success: Program, to build your customer success team training. -support: Building a killer customer support *The service go from bootcamps and programs (more like An academy based on the initial social proof of the community) to more service based. Ideal qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years work experience (or positions as previous Executive management role or a management position) in Customer Success, operations, pm, or bizz dev. • Experience or huge interest in B2B and SaaS •Good communication skills. • Very strong problem-solving and analytical skills: proven ability to break problems down into components and propose efficient solutions to drive operational excellence. • Full working proficiency in English. submitted by /u/Izzzzy22 [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/qqzhim/eurbizz_sales6_looking_for_cofounder_for_startup/
