Who I am Technical founder with 15+ years experience including e-commerce, logistics, gaming, consultancy, and more. Successfully exited two previous startups; startup #1 as CTO, startup #2 as solo founder, both bootstrapped. Extensive experience with multiple disciplines including front-end, back-end, cloud-native scaling, devops, people management, budgeting, hiring, and many other aspects of enterprise software leadership. Who's already onboard As of now, we have product design leader and a "Big N" UX engineer who have worked with me on a previous startup (#2). We like to openly share ideas, collaborate, and are a chill group of individuals; we'd expect the same from you. Who you are Sales leader with proven track record, preferably with B2B and B2C experience, government sector is a huge plus. Must be capable of cold calling property investment firms and local government agencies. Boots on the ground at in-person events is another huge plus. Why is this viable? I have been scouting this niche for 3 years and gauging interest from property investors. This is basically a "shut up and take my money" opportunity but requires a significant engineering effort to execute. We are aiming to be beta-ready in May 2022 and production ready by October 2022 which gives us a little less than a year to produce our MVP. Although my family and myself have fairly extensive experience in real estate investing, this is new territory for me in terms of SaaS solutions so unfortunately previous sales persons I've worked with are not strong candidates for this venture. Seed rounds are not out of the question but to start this will be 100% bootstrapped by my own finances. I am comfortable investing up to $100k to get us off the ground but this will not include salaries; this is not expected to be your full-time day job until we get 50-100 subscribers at which point we will have enough income to pay market-rate salaries as needed.
