Note: This is a no-code / low-code tool at the beginning. We don’t look for someone to create the whole product from scratch. We look for an experienced developer to join as a CTO and led the technical vision. Also, due to time zones must be based in Europe. About me: I have six years of experience in growth marketing and business development (Sales, partner programs and ABM) in B2B, SaaS and marketplaces. I worked with/for Fortune 500 and YC startups, also I led a company to acquisition as the solo member of the growth team. I’m well connected to the startup world (both VC and accelerators) as I served as advisor and led growth programs for Endeavor, Ogilvy accelerator, C ventures... The market: Amid the COVID-19 crisis, the global market for Sales Enablement Platform estimated at US$ 1.3 Billion in the year 2020, is projected to reach a revised size of US$ 4.5 Billion by 2027, growing at a CAGR of 19.5% over the period 2020-2027. Also, more and more startups in this market segment have been launched for the past month making it a growing trend. The company: I’ve been running initial surveys and do all the market discovery (business plan, landings, product look and fill...). Also, we have early interest for some companies and we are currently using a media-first approach to launch. The product is a tool for ongoing training of sales reps. Based on my research some companies struggle with this part meanwhile most of them have no plan in place as they don’t know where to start (most SaaS founders have no sales background). The tool can help companies save 20-30k in training per year plus driving revenue quicker with the best practices of the platform. The main competitors are salesloft and showpad, they are pretty established but we look to fulfill a need that they “almost forgot” and their platform isn’t oriented to that. You will: Work closely with the team to build the initial product end-to-end including scoping, architecting, coding, testing, and rolling out features. Become an expert in your product area and our tech stack Work on a distributed team You have: Experience building web products Strong verbal and written communication skills. High empathy. You care about your teammates and our users. You can put yourself in their shoes. Strong design skills for separation and modularity of code; aversion to overly complex, spaghetti code Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or commensurate experience 2+ years experience in production web application development 3+ years of experience working with Frontend (Html5, CSS a must) * 3+ year of experience with backend submitted by /u/Izzzzy22 [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/qv58ba/eurbusiness6_cto_no_code_required_for_sales/
