[USA-CA][TECH][3] Tech Co-Founder looking for CTO.

About Me Technical founder with 3 years experience and currently at a FAANG. Although it's only 3 years, I've led multiple projects at many companies. I work ~80-90 hours/week between this startup and my full-time job. About the Startup We are a college social networking startup (similar to Facebook Campus). We have already launched our mobile app (IOS & Android) and have gained a few thousand users. We already have our CEO (me), COO, and CFO positions filled. We are also hiring across each campus that we "target" to handle on-campus marketing and growth. We are early stage and don't have investors yet, but are looking to begin our investor search ASAP. About the Role You will be taking the role of CTO, but it entails many more hands-on responsibilities than a traditional CTO position. As you grow more comfortable in the role, you will take charge of managing the architecture & stack, scoping feature/bug tickets, and hiring & managing new developers. I am the sole developer of the project, so you will be working closely with me. Even though the MVP is complete, I will have no qualms if you want to change up the entire tech-stack. This position provides a lot of flexibility. If you want to do something, and have the justification for it, you are free to do so. None of us get paid, but you will be given equity. Once we secure investment, you will also receive a competitive salary.
