I have several years experience working in the logistics industry in role ranging from founder to global logistic sourcing to truck driver. If you have ever tried to ship something with a freight forwarder you probably know that logistics is a pain for everyone involved. Just a few examples of things that can happen are: Information is spread across different communication methods, shipments get delayed and lost, communicating with people in the industry is cryptic due to jargon and who the fuck actually knows what amount customs will charge?
