The company: I have an idea for an employee retention SaaS. The premise is to connect evolving employee surveys to ranked action steps housed in an HR/management dashboard. Employee’s responses would directly guide ongoing action items, and the dashboard provides a summary of key areas to improve and the progress. About me: I have previous experience as a startup founder with a live mentoring app and am interested in mental health and wellness. My strengths are in writing, innovation and problem solving. About you: Being a full stack developer with any UX/UI experience would be fantastic. With growth, you would begin directing the technical vision of the product and leading the development team. Requirements: Ideally you are in the USA. I am PST, but happy to work with any time zone in USA. This might initially require 10-15 hours a week, before ramping up to full-time contingent on traction. Compensation: I am comfortable discussing an equity-based partnership. As this idea is an early-stage concept, don’t hesitate to reply below or DM me and we can continue the conversation.
