[USA][TECH][7] Seeking a Auction Specialist with connections in car auctions industry.

I am looking for a car auction specialist, or someone who has broad connections in the car auction industry like a dealership owner with exotic cars, I am looking into creating a PCarMarket alternative where the key difference is the much more efficient and appealing UI & UX, real-time availability per each auction such as chat, real-time bids, event history. Whats already been done?- The general website design + the main flows so I can share with the potential co-founder via 1 on 1 google/zoom meeting. - The tech stack has been decided upon - Initial back-end development has already begun What I bring upon the table?- Full development process (Fullstack development). - UI/UX designs that I created and keep on creating for this project. - 7 years of development experience, my background is infrastructure development in a bank. - Concurrent and high availability web application development using Elixir (Erlang). - Broad knowledge in front-end development from simple websites to super complicated internal systems. What I need from my co-founder?- Background in car auctions so you will be able to pave the way on how to do this stuff correctly. (CEO position if the right fit will be determined). - Have a lot of friends in the industry who will be willing to try the product ranging from car enthusiasts buyers to dealerships who will be more the happy to do a pilot with us and list their exotic vehicles as auctions. - Knowledge in marketing and knowing how to reach out to the necessary people. - Previous experience in bootstrapping a start-up in related field (not necessary but welcomed). I am offering equity only, and looking for least 15 hours availability for this project from the co-founder until we reach some compensation from the project and will be able to go full-time on this, growing it rapidly.
