Hi sales & marketing folks, I'm a full stack dev and I'd like to find a cofounder who's read "The Mom Test" and can do customer development to get us started. The business model is simple: Web dev agencies build contact forms Contact forms break all the time Their clients lose business and ultimately blame the agency We can send those web dev agencies a notification the day this happens, before it's too late So the audience is web dev agencies, and they can charge their clients for the service of testing daily the "up-time" of their contact forms (a service we provide them). Step 1 is interviewing web design agencies and determining if this is a "shut up and take my money" scenario. As for building the platform that handles all this: that's the easy part. The hard part is ensuring we have people who want to buy it. If you're interested in working with me on this, please PM.
