[USA][BIZ][6] Male Skincare Brand Seeking Digital Marketing CoFounder.

I am currently working solo on a male skincare brand and need to bring in a digital marketing co-founder to help scale the business + further develop the brand. I created this brand because I'm a huge advocate of male self-care and male skincare is a field where I see enormous potential but existing brands don't understand how most men make purchasing decisions for self-care. Progress-To-Date I initially launched with a multifunctional face moisturizer listed on Amazon but am already in the works on adding more products: Face wash and eye cream. I currently manage the IG account (~1 month old) and a live website. Sales so far have been driven by organic reach from the Amazon listing but I need someone with marketing/branding expertise to help drive brand awareness and quality to the next level. My first focus is building the IG content/following and then the website's SEO, all the meanwhile working to increase the review count on Amazon. My Experience I have 6 years of work experience with most of it in the CPG space: 2 years on Wall Street, 2 years in consumer venture capital, and 2 years in supply chain/operations/product development at a cannabis brand. I'm incredibly well-versed in supply chain operations as well as finance and have had extensive exposure to brand building and product design. All this said, my digital marketing skills are relatively weak and I need an expert on this side to help bolster that. The ideal candidate has had success with building out a CPG brand's IG, website, and Amazon channels. I'm willing to give up equity dependent on experience and what you can help on.
