Our CPA firm based in CA has joined forces with a southern European company in order to create a separate business entity that offers staff augmentation and outsourcing services - primarily in the accounting industry but with plans on expanding to other niches with time. The main USP's are the personalized consultative approach with the clients, which ensures vested long-term partnerships - followed by non-existent cultural barrier of our back-office staff in Europe. Our clients are able to cut their costs by at least 50% ($23-25k for experienced bookkeepers/accountants instead of $43-55k including taxes and benefits) while we make sure to never compromise on quality. The primary target market will be the CPA and accounting firms in the US. What we are seeking in a co-founder is: Previous experience in similar industry/field through growth, recruitment, sales etc.; well-connected within the industry (big advantage); self-driven and goal-oriented. It will be a fun ride for the one that joins as we expect to grow rapidly - with the capacities and systems in place that would allow us to do that with the right partner. submitted by /u/siSeif [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/shnu2s/usabiz13_seeking_a_biz_dev_cofounder_for_a_staff/
