Hi, I'm an engineer who recently built a working proof-of-concept system that produces quantum robust message signatures that are much shorter and more secure than the current competition. I'm looking for somebody with experience in bringing a product like this to market, including handling US regulations and the commerce department (BIS), if needed. Anyone in the USA that's been down this road before, but from the non-technical side before?
