My company is an ILS (Internet Listing Service) that wants to change the way real estate listings are done. We have a membership model that hasn't been tried before in the real estate space. We aim to be the first real estate listing website owned by real estate stakeholders...almost like a real estate co-op. Our MVP is apartment rentals in Chicago and that is done. I would like to add national home sales, building sales, office leasing, and office sales. I’m currently working on adding inventory and marketing for the spring rental push in Chicago. The current MVP platform was built by a freelance developer and dev shop. About me: Real Estate: I’ve held a real estate Managing Broker’s License in Illinois since 2010. I’ve been involved in many aspects of real estate including construction, leasing, management, and acquisitions of multi-family properties during that time. Tech: Even though I am a non-technical founder, technology is of great interest to me. In 2016, I took part in a pilot project, with the City of Chicago Recorder of Deeds, that wanted to explore how property records could be transferred on the blockchain.
