[USA][BIZ][8] Seeking a technical co-founder for a fast growing sales-focused startup.

Hey everyone! So I currently run both an agency & a SaaS business right now - both healthy growing MRR streams. Our agency helps service-based businesses (like developers & dev agencies) book meetings with their ideal clients... and we're reallllyyy good at it. We're also in the process of building out our new SaaS product which already has a steady MRR but we're in the process of rebuilding from the ground up. Hence why I'm looking for a technical co-founder to work with long-term. Basically what I'm looking for here is a potential partner or fractional CTO who could assist us in continuing development & building of our SaaS product. In exchange, I'm looking to potentially offer a % of equity, our outbound marketing services in case you run a development agency, & also a potential payroll each month if its a good fit. We've already gotten potential buyers and is worth about a million as it currently stands but plan on bringing to the enterprise & growing even more substantially through capturing new markets. Our product is primarily a B2B lead gen/data product focused on cold email outreach campaigns.
