[USA][TECH][7] Seeking skilled sales guy to help with outreach for my web design business.

I'll keep this short and sweet: I make websites for small businesses, but I'm a computer nerd and suck at cold calling and I need someone to be my cold-calling guy. I've attempted it myself, but it's pretty much failed and so far all of my clients have been through word of mouth. It's clear that my business would be much more successful with a dedicated sales guy. This business is my attempt to achieve the 1-hour work day. All of my clients are on a subscription model. As we accumulate clients, we get paid more and more with less and less work. As my business partner, you would be working to achieve that with me. I got this idea from a guy on Reddit a while back, who made a post on r/ webdev [my post was removed for linking the subrededit] talking about what he does and how he does it. I've also changed around a few things about his model to make it a bit better for how I work and what my goals are. I have my branding, business model and strategy all in place. I know exactly how I would train you, and it wouldn't take long. You wouldn't be my employee, you'd be my business partner. We'd split revenue. You don't need to know anything about websites right now. I intentionally target small businesses who's websites are very simple, so your sales pitch would be easy and their questions are not complicated.
