Company: I am the Cofounder of a Dental marketing startup. We have 4 years of experience running this business, that primarily includes building our ads strategies, setting up our systems and getting excellent results for our clients. This was the hardest part for us and it is over. This also includes me developing our very own app that is available in the App store. The quality of the service that we offer, is truly unmatched in the industry, and so I encourage you to look up our App and our website to see the potential of the business.
Why need a Cofounder: Now the issue is, while I am 50% owner of the company, we have technically not yet registered the business in US and my cofounder (who is supposed to be the business development guy) has a bad drinking habit that is massively hampering our growth. So I am seeking new cofounders, who are or have worked in the past in the Dental industry, so that we can restructure the business in terms of shares and scale our company. While we used to have a decent number of clients in the UK in early days, we decided to expand in the US and now have two active clients with $4000 revenue / month.
Expectations from a Cofounder: I am a hard working guy, the entire system of Prospects Dental, including our marketing strategies, our website, our App is all created by me without any help from anyone. I have also done some initial sales and have no issues speaking to new clients (I love it), but due to me being extremely tied up in the product side of our business and improving the product, I am unable to do the prospecting and closing etc. The expectation from the Cofounder is exactly the same as I have from myself. Constant communication, being extremely motivated and hardworking. The Cofounder should be interested in developing the business rapidly, and should have absolutely not have a drinking habit.
Funds: While we have funds in the bank for the business, I do expect the Cofounder to bring in more funds to grow the business / already have a strategy in mind to have rapid growth. My personal initial investment in this business has been about $5000, and the other guy's investment has been about $2000.
