heyhuman is a chat widget that helps would-be customers start a video call with a live human when they are at the peak of their intent to purchase. We launched about a month ago and have a stable product that customers are using daily to drive sales.
We’re looking for a smart, experienced entrepreneurial frontend engineer to jump in with us and grow this business.
Why this company is working:
Customers are tired of bots pretending to be people.
- COVID changed people’s inhibitions around video calls. Our moms can video chat now.
- The cost of digital advertising has gone way up and customer engagement is more important than ever to drive conversions. The old model was paying for tons of cheap traffic and seeing who would fill out a conversion form. Those days are over. The best companies engage.
- It’s counter-cultural to make yourself available for questions and to address objections.
Please DM me if you’d like to learn more.
