[USA][BIZ][7] seeking technical co-founder to change the way small landlords manage their rental properties.

Small landlords want to be big landlords but are time and capital constrained. By helping them optimize their portfolios, we help landlords increase their rental income by more than $15,000 per year.

Right now it is me (biz) and my co-founder (data-scientist) and we are looking to bring on a technical co-founder. We are only looking for people with 5+ years of professional experience AND full-stack.

Traction: We have a prototype built in React and have 35 landlords on our waitlist. We have raised a friends and family round and are looking to launch our product ASAP. We have revenue from taking part of our features and offering them as a consulting service.

This is a good fit for you if you like disrupting antiquated industry, you're interested in Proptech, you're willing to learn and grow on the job.

About us: we both have degrees from Columbia University and have worked at large banks / financial institutions. I have experience leading BD for a small startup and helping them go from angel to Seed round (and they're still growing).

Disqualifiers: We are based in NYC and this is a hybrid role (3 days in office). If you do not have a Green Card or are not a US citizen, unfortunately we do not have the resources to sponsor a visa.
