[AUT][SALES][25] Sales Co-Founder Needed For MusTech Company.

Hello all!

I am an engineer and economist / sociologist with 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial business experience ( from intern to C-level to founder ) and own various businesses. I started a record label in 2018 which has meanwhile grown to 5 countries, over 50 artists, more than 60 chart placements and a catalogue of over 300 songs. We get over 30000 demo songs a year of artists looking to join our label.

Two years ago we started the thought process of creating a self-service website and app that would allow musicians and content creators to access professional label services in a subscription based membership model, while retaining most of the royalties and rights for their works.

The USP is not to compete with the only-scalable fully-automated services like Distrokid and CD Baby, but to offer actual media industry services like legal, accounting, management and more as part of the subscription, while makeing everything that our competitors do for free.

The basic premise is to sell high quality real life services and add on the low value digital services that are fully automated for free.

Since then we have developed the technical and service side to be able to enter into beta and to spin off this service ito it's own company.

I am now looking for a Sales Co-Founder for this future venture who can grow the revenue and operate sales independently and without much handholding. The term for this role is earn-in, meaning you will be able to acquire various percentage stakes in the company, as well as the Co Founder title after meeting your sales goals.
