[USA-MI][BIZ][20] Seeking experienced MLO to be a co-founder of an existing virtual mortgage brokerage to help guide future growth.

About the Company:

I am one of two co-founders of React Mortgage, a smaller Michigan-based virtual mortgage brokerage. We are licensed in Colorado and Michigan and have been operating for over two years. We’ve had success so far and are establishing a local customer base currently.

About Us:

My partner comes from the financial sector and has worked as an MLO for over 17 years. He’s also a licensed realtor in Michigan. I am licensed, but bring a stronger tech side with 15 years experience in government and private sector. I have created our current tech stack and can add/modify as needed.

About You:

This is where you come in. We’re trying to find someone with a large breadth of experience either working for an independent brokerage or a larger lender. Your role would be guiding marketing decisions and lender partnerships to help grow the brokerage. This roll would be a C-level position with the ability to guide the direction of the company in the coming years.

While it would not be the main focus, you’d be able to originate through the company as you please if you have a current book of business you’d like to keep. If you’re not licensed with MI or CO, we can assist with licensing, but we do require an active MLO license through NMLS with good standing.
