[USA][BIZ][15] Looking For Tech Co-founder For Artist Networking Platform.

Quick Pitch:

I am currently looking to build out the founding team for a professional networking platform for individuals and companies in the Arts & Entertainment industries. Simply put, the “LinkedIn for Arts & Entertainment”

Brief Backstory:

The initial question when starting was “Is Dwayne Johnson, Justin Bieber, Tommy Hilfiger, Taylor Swift, any of the Kardashians, truly the best in their field?”. That answer may very well be “Yes”, but I don’t feel that it always is. In addition to natural talent, hard work, education and motivation there is also a lot of nepotism, luck and connections involved. All over the US and world there are individuals and groups looking to have their shot at success.

We want to be the platform where individuals, groups and companies go to showcase themselves and their abilities/talents, network with other people and companies to ultimately advance their careers.

Who We’re Looking For:

Basically, we’re looking for a highly motivated, organized developer to help us bring this vision to life by developing the MVP version of our platform. Ideally, we’d like someone interested in music, fashion or art as well. I’m not going to tell you what tech stack to use or tech parameters you must stay within. Joining as a tech co-founder, you will have the autonomy to develop the platform using best practices as you see fit. We also understand that this co-founder role will most likely be in addition to your full-time roll, that is not a problem. We’d prefer someone that shares the same vision over someone that can get it completed in the shortest amount of time.

If your first reaction is to raise pre-seed money, we’re not interested. We believe in the process of creating an MVP, gaining customers and growing the platform organically. We’d like to rely on investment as little as possible, if at all.

About Us:

There are currently two of us as part of the founding team. One has 30+ years of experience in fortune 100 accounting, finance, and auditing. The other has 15 years of experience in project management, launching iOS applications and product planning.
