[FRA][BIZ][10] Seeking technical Cofounder in the hotel tourism industry.

Hey guys,

I am looking for a technical co-founder based in similar timezone for a project in the hotel industry. Hotels and Airbnbs hosts are trying to get away from OTA to avoid the commission fees by building their own guest booking platforms, however the current alternative are Wordpress web builder or other well known platform that are not focused on conversion.

I am spending 2023 building micro tool following a specific framework, most people say that we should fall in love with the problem and not the solution. I actually focus on the industry end user first, I am looking at solving problems for users that are entreprise, tech-savy, can be found online at scale, already using an alternative solution and with a solution that is making sense because of a switch in consumer behavior ( trend going in the right direction).

Would love to partner with a scrappy technical co-founder with some side project under his belt looking at building a micro tool that could eventually turn into a VC backed startup. The product I have in mind has a large potential but I would like to start with a small product to test the audience and get traction.

Why me:

- I already built a tool that generated 4k MRR in less than 2 months, some market fit issues but eventually will get there. On track to launch a second micro tool with some large brands on waitlist.

- Pretty chill to work with and focus on reward vs effort

Will be asked about market validation:

I am a big fan of validating before building and been doing few times, however you never know if your product is worth it until a user pay for the product. I believe if a product can be built in less than a month, it's worth going for it while creating a waitlist. As stated above if the end users fit certain criteria you can get to product market fit through pivot and an open mind.
