I co-founded a pest control company that serves Philadelphia and Eastern Montgomery in Pennsylvania. I have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and an MBA. I'm passionate about working outdoors and obsessed with streamlining processes making our company known for being easy to work with, and scheduling a service as simple as ordering pizza. This year, we onboarded an extermination partner and are getting ready to scale our services to reach a broader customer base and hence need the help of a professional.

Someone who can take pride and ownership in what we do and be willing to put consistent effort to:

- Perform an initial market and competitors research and keep it up to date moving forward

- Improve our online presence by managing our social media accounts

- Regularly add to on-site SEO content, including articles.

- Create new sales funnels, including ones that target large accounts such as property management companies.

- Devise initiatives that reach our target communities, such as sponsorships and other community support services.

Compensation will be in vested equity, four years with a one-year cliff, plus a paid percentage of business generated, as in whatever we make better than last year.
