I am working on an online platform that allows a niche market of institutions to post shifts (day-day, short term, long term contracts) for which they need coverage. Workers in this niche will be able to filter through these positions based on their preference and pick up the job.
Similar services exists, but they don't support more specialized professions. I have a few friends who work in this more specialized industry (married to one as well). Streamlining this process should be more simplified with this network of help (not to mentioned getting some early adopters).
Current progress includes getting some ideas for names / logos, landing page, with the development of the web app and mobile app under way.
I'm looking for a non-technical co-founder that has experience with business development, growth and sales to take this product to the target audience.
If this interests you, please DM me with details about your experience. I'd be happy to share more information on a call and see if it is a right fit.
