Facial recognition distinguishes family and friends from strangers, reducing false alarms, while vehicle identification tracks license plates to alert users about unfamiliar cars. However, it surpasses the Reolink Home Hub, which lacks comparable AI tools and storage capacity. This positions the HomeCortex as a strong competitor in the AI-driven home security space.
