It’s hard to find a good laptop for under $500 these days, at least if you want one that can run Windows 11 and Chrome at the same time without choking. The Acer Aspire 16 is pretty middle-of-the-road in terms of hardware and capability, but it has a 10-core Intel Core 5 120U processor (just one year old) and 16GB of RAM. That’s enough to handle most daily tasks with ease, including browsing a ton of tabs, online streaming video, and even some light gaming.
And while a 16-inch 1200p display isn’t exactly amazing, it should be more than good enough for work and media duties. The 512GB storage space could be larger, but again, it should suffice unless you need to handle tons of high-res photos and videos on the regular.
This is a refurbished model, but it’s being sold directly from Acer’s eBay store (shipping from Texas) and comes with a two-year warranty for peace of mind. The extra 20 percent off code, OUTLET20, should be good until April 14th. But given how affordable this deal is—about half the original retail price—the stock might not hold up that long.
