Hey Everyone!
I just had a question about Blackberry and its plans to carve out its IoT business. Does anyone know how this will affect the shareholders?
For example, if you owned 100 shares in Blackberry before the split, what happens to your shares after the split? Would you then own shares in both the companies, or still have the 100 in just one company? I’ve tried researching on what will happen, but unfortunately haven’t been able to find anything useful.
Any info y’all have, or any resources on what’s happened to companies that have done this in the past would be awesome! Thank you!!
