HISTORY ASPECTS:
The M4A3 Sherman Flame Tank was a variant of the M4 Sherman designed to provide close support to infantry units by using its flamethrower to clear out enemy positions. The "F23" tank saw action during the Korean War where it was used by the US Marine Corps in the Battle of the Chosin Reservoir. The tank was a fearsome weapon on the battlefield capable of spewing flames up to 120 feet and causing significant damage to enemy fortifications and morale.During the Chosin Reservoir campaign the M4A3 Flame Tank played a crucial role in supporting USMC infantry as they fought their way through the freezing temperatures and overwhelming enemy forces. The tanks flamethrower was used to clear out enemy bunkers caves and other fortified positions paving the way for the infantry to advance. Despite being heavily outnumbered and outgunned the USMC was able to hold off the enemy thanks in part to the firepower of the M4A3 Flame Tank.Today model enthusiasts can recreate the fearsome firepower
