Tim Cook "we’ve been doing research on AI and machine learning, including generative AI, for years"

In recent months, as hype over AI has increased and most of Apple’s competitors have rolled out new features making use of the technology, Apple has stayed largely silent on its plans. During its recent Worldwide Developers Conference keynote event, AAPL did not mention AI at all.

Tim Cook "We view AI and ML as fundamental core technologies. And they are virtually embedded in every product that we build,” he said. “On a research basis, we’ve been doing research on AI and machine learning, including generative AI, for years."

I respect Apple as a great company. But I am concerned about the future growth potential as iPhone sale is slowing down.

Additionally, I am not sure what AI/ML have they integrated into their product. Anyone care to give a good example?

What do you think about AAPL's future stock price trend? Is it the major turning point?
