Logstash 8.15.0 introduced a bug in Environment variable substitution which led to configurations breaking and preventing Logstash from starting. This issue has been fixed in 8.15.2. For more information see https://github.com/elastic/logstash/pull/16456.
PyTorch is upgraded to version 2.3.1. This resolves some memory allocation issues related to the pytorch_inference process being terminated by the operating system Out Of Memory Killer.
