‘Cuss Your Boss Out’ is blowing up on TikTok

If you can’t stand your boss, let me introduce you to “CEO” Calimar White, also known as Agent Ratliff. Ratliff runs a “business” called Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs (OCDA), aimed at taking down horrible bosses. How? Show up in person to “cuss their ass out” (his words).

As Ratliff puts it, “Everything you want to say to your boss that you can’t say, y’all contact us.” After you fill out an anonymous complaint form on the OCDA’s official website, Agent Ratliff and members of his crew will show up to the designated workplace and “say all the things you want us to say verbatim.”

In one viral clip, Ratliff doesn’t hold back as he reads an anonymous complaint: “He comes into work every day with the same gray plaid button-up and gray undershirt, smelling like dirty gooch.” He adds, “I guess that’s what you’re wearing now.”

Ratliff continues, listing even sharper grievances, like the boss’s habit of raising monthly goals just days before the first of the month to avoid paying bonuses, and dismissing Juneteenth as “not a real holiday.” The flustered boss finally demands he leave, even threatening to call the police. Unbothered, Ratliff adds, “These complaints are totally true, because when I write them down, they become true.”

In another video, Ratliff marches into a shop, clipboard in hand, demanding to see a “Mr. Lee.” He launches into the complaints with zero hesitation, saying, “It says right here y’all need to humble yourself ’cause y’all don’t know shit.” As he rattles off a list of grievances, the bewildered bosses listen in stunned silence before things quickly escalate.

On the OCDA website, a statement reads, “We’re a nonprofit that specializes in addressing complaints to create better work environments.” Scroll down, and you’ll find a link to submit a complaint of your own. However, OCDA is all an act by White, who describes himself on social media as an actor and stand-up comedian. The profanity-laced tirades are free of charge and purely for laughs and views, letting people live out the fantasy of seeing their bosses called out in front of their peers.

As Ratliff puts it, “HR is for the company, OCDA is for the employees.”
