Hello, I have a unique proposition in a non-tech related space. Just to be upfront, it will take longer to scale since it is a physical product but it is a business that has already started to generate revenue. I believe that the short term rental industry has a opening for smaller-than-usual living spaces. Currently, we have Airbnb which Allows homeowners to share their space with strangers. A lot of homeowners are skeptical about sharing their private space with unknown people, and have to solely depend on the guests reviews to make a judgment whether to host them or not. That is when I had the idea of building a smaller than usual tiny house. These tiny houses that I’m building are less than 100 ft.² but I have all of the functionalities that bigger spaces have, such as a toilet, bed, and shower. The spaces are designed for a traveler that seeks to have their own personal space without having to share or invade the home owners personal space. The tiny houses would be powered by the same house in which it is situated in, and would not require a toilet since it has a incinerating toilet. I am currently seeking a marketer or sales person that can market this product as a semi-passive income for homeowners. You should believe in the vision that many millennials have, which is a life centered more on experiences than possessions. Other things to note: I have compiled a list of cities that allow for the use of these tiny homes(which are classified as RV’s since they are on wheels) as STR’s. submitted by /u/fortiz303 [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/mud4tp/usabiz2_tiny_homes_business_seeking_a_marketing/
