Day-to-day is identifying solid leads for our services, actually reaching out to contacts, and giving input to marketing and sales strategies. The Company & Products Inclusion Health uses data science to build healthier corporate cultures to optimize employee happiness, engagement, and retention. Through a Company Culture Checkup, we use math and a Brain Trust of experts to tell the story of the culture and D&I strengths and gaps at organizations using their data, materials, and People Ops infrastructure. We then fill those gaps with pragmatic, actionable solutions that do not create more work for HR -- we provide novel metrics, surveys, and high ROI team building, benefits, and D&I programming to make a company the best place to work. About Me I come from a technical background as a data scientist, moving more into strategy, client operations/delivery, consulting, and people management. I founded Inclusion Health based on personal experience where my job was my dream job on paper, but I was unsupported and cultural and HR pressures led to me waking up and dreading going to work. Overall though, I'm mission-driven too. I have a passion for community and concern for the problematic world of Bay Area startup culture and its homogenous workforces. When moving into people management and seeing some pressures of workplace politics, I started thinking about a simple premise: We all spend too much time at work to not feel like we belong there. I kicked off the company once I saw new challenges of building community remotely due to COVID-19, and then further with the recent social justice protests. Professionally, I have a strong technical background, receiving a PhD from Arizona State University where I focused on modeling psychological phenomena and algorithms for optimized, yet personalized behavioral interventions. For the past six years I've focused on data science for understanding how people interrelate to the systems and circumstances in which they’re immersed. Moving more recently into strategy, people management, and consulting operations, I've been able to focus on some big questions like How can we leverage both data and the lessons of 2020’s social movements to improve communities? About You I'm looking for a sales person. I want to get our mission-driven startup and ideas for changing the workplace into the world. This is a part time side hustle, but we do have several moving parts: We'll want your input immediately on generating leads and having you pursue them quickly and independently.
